• Prospecting and networking for new clients

• Follow through on incoming leads and turn them into clients & deals

• Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc

• Willing and able to gather pricing information and market research for clients

• Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents and/or home sellers

• Show homes to prospective home buyer clients

• Write and negotiate offers

• Provide accurate information for properties to be listed

• Cooperate with Admin team for paperwork and other documents as required

• Effectively run open houses

• Maintain a positive attitude at all times

Qualifications

• Strong listening skills and able to uncover potential sales opportunities

• Enjoy working with others and have great communication skills

• Strong problem-solving skills with solution-oriented focus

• Possess the ability to connect with a variety of personality types

• Patience in learning new technology to be able to learn new programs with ease

• Independent and self-motivated

Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $50,000.00-$150,000.00 per yearAdditional pay:

• Commission pay
