Reception/ Administration/ Patient ServicesThe Dronyk Health Clinic is a naturopathic office in Kitchener, ON. They are teaming up with Wilson Health Services, a multidisciplinary clinic as they open up their new Kitchener location mid November. The clinic at 123 Pioneer Drive will have naturopathic, chiropractic, physiotherapy, chiropody, and massage services. This position is comprised of assisting the ND mostly, along with other clinic duties. We are looking for an individual who is a team player, organized, a multitasker, and professional. The position is currently part time with the potential to become full time. We are looking for the successful candidate to start immediately, so that training can occur prior to the merging of the two clinics.JOB DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES- Greeting patients in a friendly and welcoming manner- Preparing the rooms and instructing patients- Booking patient appointments- Patient billing (using Atlas software)- Dispensing supplements including tinctures and homeopathics- Filing patient charts- Preparing lab requisitions- Assisting with patient careSKILLS / REQUIREMENTS- Experience in a medical or office environment would be an asset- Knowledge of Atlas software would be an asset- Interest in holistic medicine- Positive and professional demeanor- Patient-centered and helpful attitude- Eager and willing to learn- Able to multi-task and prioritize multiple responsibilities throughout a dayPart-Time approximately 25 hours a week, with the potential to go to 40 hours a week.Hours to start (approximate) Mondays 11:45am- 6:15pm, Tuesday 8:45am-2:15pm, Thursdays 12:45pm-7:15pm, and Fridays 8:45am-12:15pmPlease include on your cover letter why you would be a good fit for this position.Job Type: Part-timeSchedule:
