This is an excellent opportunity for a person who is motivated by making an impact in their workplace and thrives on creating memorable first impressions.About You
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Previous reception experience, preferably in a professional services firm
  • Ninja-like organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and re-prioritize like a pro
  • High levels of accountability and ownership with little oversight
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel)
  • Always eager to learn new technologies
  • Not afraid of change and working in a fast-paced environment
About the GigAs a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring positive first impressions for our clients and contributing to the smooth operations of our reception area. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Answering telephone calls and greeting clients in a friendly, professional manner and directing them to the appropriate person
  • Sorting incoming and outcoming mail and faxes
  • Assisting with correspondence as required
  • Document audit, review, publishing and linking
  • Special projects as assigned
This is a permanent part-time position within our Kitchener office, working between 25 to 30 hours per week. Specific days and times for these hours are flexible. This position will report directly to our Office Manager while working closely with all Kitchener office staff.About RLBRLB’s mission is to become an advisory firm known for proactively empowering its people and clients while building stronger communities.
