Job Description

Kieswetter Mazda is seeking a part-time Receptionist. Were looking for a positive and reliable individual who works well independently, to join our team. The hours for this position are Monday to Thursday 3pm-8pm, and Saturday 9am-5pm. Friday and Sunday off. Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting visitors in person and on the telephone in a professional and courteous manner
  • Answer multi-line phone system, screen calls, re-direct calls, and distribute messages accordingly
  • Nightly cash reporting and reconciliation
  • Various administrative tasks to help the service department prepare for the next days business
  • Prepare and mail / email customer communications
  • Perform a variety of clerical and administrative duties as required
  • Ensure common areas and office supplies are kept tidy and well-stocked
Hours and remuneration:
  • Monday to Thursday 3pm - 8pm
  • Saturday 9am - 5pm
  • No scheduled hours on Friday or Sunday
  • Closed all statutory holidays
  • Rate is $17/hour

Required qualifications and experience:
  • Minimum High School or equivalent education
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Auto dealership experience an asset but not required
  • Organization and attention to detail are extremely important
  • Must be able to multi-task and prioritize
