We are only seeking candidates who can demonstrate an ability to organize, and problem solve and with experience in residential new home construction.Job Purpose: The Customer Care and Warranty Senior Coordinator represents Averton to purchasers in many capacities daily. They are responsible for both general correspondence with purchasers, as well as addressing specific obligations such as PDIs, quality control inspections, and Tarion warranty actions. They must maintain expert knowledge of Tarion regulations and Construction Performance Guidelines for the Homebuilding Industry to be able to address warranty service and quality control matters.Qualifications:
