Staff will require clearance from Employee Health and Wellness before they are able to begin any position within SMGH.Position Summary :The Stores Clerk is responsible for the efficient ordering and stocking of items in designated areas throughout the hospital. This will involve counting/scanning assigned areas for stock and placing orders with our external warehouse, using a scanning device based on the minimum and maximum inventory levels, agreed upon with each ward. Items that are not on our Warehouse Top-Up System will be ordered by each ward through our internal requisitioning system and/or Purchase Order and its the Stores Clerks responsibility to deliver the items when available to the designated wards in a timely fashion.Position Requirements:
