Job Description

Bingemans is a fantastic family entertainment destination and conference centre, including (but not limited to) Big Splash Water Park, FunworX Indoor Playland, Kingpin Bowlounge, Boston Pizza, Kingpin Cambridge, EscapeworX, GameworX Arcade, Camping Resort, Screampark, Oktoberfest, Gift of Lights and extensive catering services and more.We are currently hiring Food and Beverage Supervisor.Job Overview:

  • Able to execute a contract from successfully beginning to end
  • Able to supervise and delegate up to 15 staff members
  • Communicate and delegate to meet and exceed guest expectation for an event
  • Able to speak with clients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Perform other duties assigned
Job Requirements:
  • Previous banquet supervisory experience is required
  • Excellent customer service experience
  • Strong knowledge of banquet service, catering and conventions
  • Able to work with minimal supervision at times
  • Ability to provide yourself with reliable transportation to and from work
  • Flexible to work days, evenings and weekend shifts
  • Smart Serve Certification
  • Food Safety Certified
