This position would work up to 25 hours as scheduled by the Agency to cover shifts at all three locations (the Family Centre, 200 Ardelt Ave and 168 Hespeler Rd) during all operating hours. The successful candidate must have weekend availability.Responsibilities are to provide switchboard/reception duties, which includes answering, screening, and directing incoming calls; welcoming clients/individuals to the agency; providing administrative and minor technological support to the Family Centre partners, and filing, photocopying and other administrative support duties as assigned.The successful candidate will possess a pleasant and courteous manner with experience in dealing with the public and will be an effective problem solver who can respond to urgent situations appropriately.Family & Children’s Services of the Waterloo Region encourages applicants from all backgrounds to ensure we get the best, most creative talent on our team.Qualifications:
