We are growing and seeking a Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our People & Culture team!*The Position*The Talent Sourcing Specialist will be working closely with our small but mighty People & Culture Team and our hiring managers. You will lead talent sourcing and branding initiatives as Intellijoint experiences exciting growth. You will also play an important role in shaping our talent sourcing strategy and you will help us find top talent that will continue to add to our strong, vibrant IJS culture.As a snapshot, we are looking for someone who is:

*Main Duties: *

• Coordinate the advertising and promotion of job postings across various platforms, partnering with both vendors and the internal marketing team.
• Manage IJS’s Talent Pipeline and assist in uploading sourced candidates into the applicant tracking system.
• Attend intake meetings along with our Talent Acquisition Specialist. Accountable for capturing selection criteria and applying it to sourcing strategies.
• Assist with data analytics and reporting.
• Conduct targeted searches within LinkedIn and other sources to pre-screen and attract passive candidates.
• Conduct pre-qualification interviews to develop short lists of appropriate candidates for interviewing purposes.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience by building relationships with applicants and ensuring they are informed and updated every step of the way.
• Attend and/or assist in planning events such as career fairs to grow our Talent Pipeline and strengthen our employer brand
• Assist with creating event calendars for talent attraction and branding events.
• Upload career and employment branding content to various social media platforms in collaboration with Marketing.
• Generate reports on candidate sourcing and marketplace data.
• Act as back up to the Talent Acquisition Specialist as needed.

*Skills and Experience to Enable Success: *

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
• 3+ years experience in a Talent Sourcing focused role, ideally within a high growth environment
• Basic understanding of Canadian and U.S. employment legislation and Canadian and US Talent landscape
• Strong connections in the local tech community, with an interest in building contacts in the medical device space
