We are in business to help our customers succeed!The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for various warehouse duties. Responsibilities:
  • Follow the proper order picking and packing procedures
  • Ensure orders are picked accurately and completely
  • Maintain a predetermined order and picking output
  • Follow the daily forklift preventative maintenance procedures, and ensure safe operation of Material Handling Equipment at all times
  • Maintain a safe and clean warehouse
  • Comply with all safety rules in accordance with the Ontario Health and Safety Act, and Noble policy
  • Participate in occasional delivery driving duties in a 5 ton box truck as required
  • Assist in other warehouse functions as required
Qualifications:You Must Have:
  • Valid G Class Licence with a clean abstract
  • Excellent time-management, and organizational skills, with a proven ability to adhere to tight deadlines
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated interpersonal, problem solving, and communication skills to effectively build a positive relationship with team members
  • Strive to continuously build knowledge and skills
  • Health and safety conscious
  • Ability to lift and carry boxes weighing up to fifty (50) pounds
  • Ability to work overtime when required
Nice to Have:
  • Previous experience in a Distribution Centre / Warehouse environment
  • HVAC product knowledge
