Job Description

YOU MUST BE PRESENT IN ONTARIO TO APPLYReference:- JobCart.caJOB: TIG WelderPAY: $23-25/hr (Depending on experience)TYPE: Full-Time LOCATION: Kitchener, ONQUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proficiency in TIG welding techniques.
  • Valid GTAW (TIG) welding certificate is an asset.
  • Ability to read and follow blueprints and welding symbols.
  • Familiarity with welding equipment and maintenance.
  • Strong understanding of welding procedures, materials, and safety protocols.
  • Physically capable of standing, bending, and lifting materials.
  • Commitment to workplace safety standards.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
DUTIESamp; RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Perform precision TIG (GTAW) welding.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding specifications.
  • Set up, operate, and maintain TIG welding equipment to ensure high-quality welds.
  • Inspect welds for quality and address any issues to meet production standards.
  • Operate and maintain welding equipment and tools.
  • Troubleshoot welding equipment and adjust settings as needed.
  • Follow safety protocols and use appropriate PPE.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
