Job Description

New Horizon Co-op is hiring a Part-Time Team Member at our Food Store in La Glace, Alberta.Who we are:Co-op does business differently.   • Provide an excellent customer experience
  • Ensure all grocery products are accurately priced and a proper rotation is maintained within date, in the coolers and retail area
  • Ensure that all grocery products are properly displayed, stocked and labeled
  • Execute activities related to store merchandising initiatives to offer customers additional products and services (e.g., special sale items)
  • Unload product from trucks, pallets and organize stock room
  • Perform additional duties as required

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Enthusiastic approach to work
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
  • Able to work independently and in a team
  • Some heavy lifting (up to 50lbs) may be required
  • Must be 18 years of age; ProServe Certification is an asset
  • Available to work on a very flexible schedule (evening shifts on weekdays and weekends)
