Job Description

Herbs Industrial is looking for an Account Manager to support their current team and further their growth and success.Herb’s Industrial & Recreation is a growing, multi-faceted business that believes in going above and beyond to fulfill every clients needs. We do business in Industrial, Janitorial, Power Sport, Outdoor Equipment & Clothing Supply (Retail). We also have a service portion of our business which includes Janitorial Services & Hot Shot Deliveries. We are highly entrepreneurial and focused on building a team of independent individuals who pride themselves on working in this detail-oriented field, where customer satisfaction is second to none.What you will be doing:

  • Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value.
  • Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect.
  • Collaborating with team members to facilitate client need fulfillment.
  • Collecting and analyzing data to learn more about consumer behaviour.
  • Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services.
  • Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.Identifying industry trends.
  • Assisting all Team Members with a general and daily operations of the business
What you will bring:
  • Proven experience providing exceptional customer service
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong negotiation and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A valid drivers license is required
  • Availability to work some evenings & weekends, including being on call
  • Bilingual English/French skills would be an asset
