Job Description

Seeking an energetic person with a positive friendly personality to run our Labrador City location. Previous management and retail experience an asset but training can be provided.Competitive wages with possibility of increases.Flexible scheduling/hours may be availableWe offer full medical benefits that can be started upon hiring with no waiting period.Some responsibilities are as follows. More detailed information can be given during interview.

  • Facilitating and supervising daily operations, making sure employees work together effectively
  • Allocating responsibilities to employees
  • Supervising and guiding staff towards maximum performance
  • Monitor stock levels, keeping in touch with Buyer with information as to what items sell well and what sells less.
  • Deal with complaints from customers
  • Inspect the areas in the store and resolve any issues that might arise
  • Plan and oversee in-store merchandising with employees as needed
  • Daily sales balancing and bank deposits
  • Keep track of employee hours and send to the appropriate person for payroll.
Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $18.00-$21.00 per hourBenefits:
