Job Description

Mandat:En tant qu #39;agent d #39;importation maritime, vous jouerez un rôle crucial en soutenant les opérations quotidiennes de l #39;équipe d #39;importation maritime. Vous gérerez la documentation des expéditions, contrôler et suivre les expéditions, et coordonner la charge de travail des équipes assignées. Ce poste requiert un excellent souci du détail, de solides compétences organisationnelles et la capacité de travailler efficacement dans un environnement à rythme rapide. Responsabilités:

  • Assurer le suivi et la traçabilité des expéditions
  • S #39;assurer que tous les documents nécessaires à l #39;expédition sont reçus, traités avec précision et distribués aux parties concernées.
  • Confirmer tous les détails des expéditions entrantes.
  • Coordonner avec les membres de l #39;équipe en distribuant les tâches selon leur priorité, en veillant à respecter les délais et à assurer le bon déroulement des processus opérationnels.
Exigences:
  • Minimum 1 an d #39;expérience en logistique, de préférence dans les opérations de fret maritime.
  • Maîtrise de Microsoft Office 365.
  • Une expérience avec CargoWise est un atout.
  • Bilingue en anglais et en français est un atout.

You will manage shipment documentation, monitor and trace shipments, and coordinate the workload for assigned teams. This position requires excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
  • Track and trace shipments
  • Ensure all necessary shipment documentation is received, accurately processed, and properly distributed to the appropriate parties.
  • Confirm all details for incoming shipments
  • Coordinate with team members by distributing tasks according to priority, ensuring that deadlines are met, and operational processes run smoothly.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in logistics, preferably in ocean freight operations.
  • Proficiency in Office 365
  • Experience with CargoWise is considered an asset.
  • Bilingual in English and French is considered an asset.
