We provide a full range of products and support multiple private label programs in addition to our own brands. We are also one of the largest buyers of fruit globally each year and continue to enjoy strong growth in this emerging category in retail.The RoleThe Marketing Sales Coordinator will collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing and sales plans and initiatives. She/he will provide assistance by corresponding with stakeholders, producing various reports, responding to requests, managing consumer correspondence, developing marketing tools, circulating artwork for cross-functional review, coordinating different external events, and performing other related tasks.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing plans, ensuring effective implementation.
  • Develop and coordinate the creation and distribution of marketing materials including presentations, promotional items, website updates, and other tools; to support various launches and campaigns.
  • Support for marketing team projects, including redesign projects with packaging, website, and social.
  • Monitor and conduct market research to identify trends, portfolio gap opportunities, customer preferences, and competitive analysis to inform marketing and customer opportunities.
  • Assist in the management of social media platforms, including content scheduling, posting, and community engagement.
  • Support the company to organize and coordinate external events.
  • Circulating artwork for cross-functional review.
  • Assist in managing and reporting marketingamp; sales budgets and KPIs.
  • Assist with incoming emails to/from consumers
Position Requirements
  • University degree, preferably in a business discipline
  • 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in marketing and sales role
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a passion for building long-term partnerships
  • Proven track record of business development
  • Demonstrably high-calibre analytical ability and presentation skills
  • Comfortable in taking calculated risks.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Confident and driven to bring in new business.
