Ladysmith Pharmasave is looking for a full time home health care assistant.The Home Health Care (HHC) Assistant is responsible for ensuring the best client services, accurate client assessments and provisional selection of the best products available to meet the needs of clientsJob Duties:1. Assist dispensary staff in the development of Home Health Care services including compression stocking fittings, mobility aids like canes, walkers and wheelchairs.2. Assist patients in providing information for diagnostic aids like blood pressure monitors3. Maintain confidential and up-to-date customer files.4. Process quotes and sales of products.5. Participate in ordering and returning retail products for the store.6. Take Care of damages and returns of Home Health Care department products.7. Fill out claims and send to appropriate companies for damages and product shortages.8. In conjunction with the dispensary staff, plan and coordinate Pharmasave Community Seminars and/or Clinics.9. Stock transfer of products if applicable.10. Receive and merchandise Home Health Care products.11. Run monthly POS reports by product categories.12. Access Pharmasave Portal on a regular basis.13. Coordinate and manage the Home Health Care Rental equipment program.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $16.00-$18.00 per hourAdditional pay:
