The role will also provide internal CB and Cbill reporting, training of suppliers and Sysco Field Associates on the working/use of the Sysco Pricing Portal (SPP) and the Deduction Backup Repository (DBR). The position also supports maintenance of items and Vendors within the Cbill and CB environments.Role Responsibilities:

  • Lead in the administration of the Canadian Cbill and CB environments within Sysco Canada, including Vendor and Item maintenance activity for Supplier and Sysco Field Associates
  • Identify and act upon opportunities to improve supplier invoice auto-vouching
  • Provide communication on all CB and Cbill supplier on-boarding activity
  • Act as a liaison between the Sysco Canada sites and the Canadian Central Billing team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide support to Sysco sites and Supplier’s by identifying problems and responding promptly with a resolution.
  • Actively participate as a member of the eSupply Chain Services team in order to complete all set initiatives.
  • Work with Corporate Canada, sites and suppliers to resolve issues with product and/or vendor set-up issues
  • Work with AP to resolve invoice discrepancies
  • Work with IT to resolve help desk calls
  • Work with vendors on full global standards (GS1) data requirement compliance through available reporting and other communications (G10 discrepancy report).
  • Is willing to work safely with minimal environmental impact and understands the importance of reporting all hazards, incidents, and environmental spills immediately to their Supervisor.
  • Understands that they play an integral role in their own safety and that of their colleagues and is willing to speak out when hazards are present.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Skills/Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of related experience in a business analyst role
  • High School diploma required
  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration or a business-related field preferred
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
