Job Description

We are looking for a cook.Responsibilities:

  • Preparing dough, sauces, and various toppings, such as tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms, onions, and meats.
  • Monitoring oven temperature as well as cooking times.
  • Preparing high-quality pizzas according to our recipes.
  • Monitoring inventory and placing orders for more supplies as needed.
  • Cleaning workstations before food preparation.
  • Ensuring that all utensils and cooking equipment are sterilized before each use.
  • Plating or packaging pizzas accordingly.
  • Managing all food order slips and ensuring that customers’ orders are completed in a timely manner.
  • Disposing of expired or spoiled ingredients at the end of each shift.
  • Assisting other cooks to ensure that food orders are completed in a timely manner.
  • Ensures all kitchen areas are kept organized and clean, including storage shelves, hallways.
  • Efficiently resolving problems with customers’ orders.
Requirements and Skills:
  • Proven experience working as a Cook.
  • The ability to follow recipes.
  • The ability to work in a team.
  • The ability to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen operation is required.
Salary: Depends on experience $14 to $16Important information: Flexibility in schedule is required.
