  • Plan and develop solutions that drive user engagement with the Salesforce platform
  • Analyze existing processes and make recommendations to better streamline Salesforce solutions to enable sales objectives
  • Work with sales stakeholders and technology partners to design changes that enhance sales user experience and plan development and release cycles
  • Drive proof of concepts to support design sessions with key business stakeholders
  • Execute strategy for how we operationalize changes to the Salesforce ecosystem, including testing, training, deployment, and support
  • Alignment of our CRM strategy and work ahead with Personalization and Prioritized Actions, Digital Marketing enablement through marketing cloud.
  • Continuous automation improvement of both current and new e-forms deployed to the field.
  • Partner with enterprise analytics and business intelligence teams to develop and implement strong data quality processes and rules to enhance use of Salesforce data for reporting and analytics
  • Articulate and present strategy, progress, and results to stakeholders throughout multiple levels of the organization
  • Stay current on Salesforce.com product suite, product roadmaps, and new capabilities
  • Responsible for compliance with all Policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) comprising Sysco’s Food Safety Program, specific for the assigned role.
  • Assist Food Safety Program Manager in ensuring compliance to Sysco’s Food Safety Program that leads to compliance with third party certification and customer requirements.
  • Is willing to work safely with minimal environmental impact and understands the importance of reporting all hazards, incidents, and environmental spills immediately to their Supervisor.
  • Understands that they play an integral role in their own safety and that of their colleagues and is willing to speak out when hazards are present.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Skills/Job Requirements:
  • 3 years of Salesforce experience or 2+ years working in a professional services organization, with demonstrated work experience implementing CRM systems
  • 2+ years’ experience working on complex projects with a focus on end to end implementation and management of Salesforce solutions
  • 2+ years professional experience in a sales business, operations, or technology role
  • Experience implementing technology solutions and designing user experiences
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator requirement
  • Bachelors degree in business or equivalent work experience of 6+ years preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Deep understanding of sales processes, software development processes, including agile methodologies, and data management strategy and tools
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture and administrative processes
  • Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize feedback and direction from multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent presentation skills that can be tailored for audiences at multiple levels in the organization
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, using an analytical and logical approach to solve complex problems
  • Self-starter that can work independently, in a fast-paced environment while delivering high quality and service levels
  • Ability to engage, align, and mobilize stakeholders to build consensus as appropriate
  • Ability to facilitate cross functional stakeholder meetings to gather and structure business requirements that inform solution specification and execution
  • Strong general business acumen
  • Working knowledge of change management and adoption methods
  • Ability to multitask and work on multiple assignments at the same time
  • Proactive desire to learn, broaden, and deepen knowledge of Salesforce technology to enable business objectives
  • Learns quickly when facing new challenges; thrives on fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver’s license with access to a vehicle may be required as there will be some travel
