Wholesale Customer Service RepresentativeAndy’s Tire Shop | Scotia Tire |A1 TiresLakeside Office, NSThe Wholesale Customer Service Representative is responsible for managing accounts to maintain current service revenue streams and generate new revenues from the sale of our products and services. They are responsible for all aspects of client relationships and sales cycle including sales to new and existing clients, price negotiation, pipeline management, training, and marketing support. They must be able to prospect, qualify, and close multiple opportunities in parallel, while maintaining ongoing business partner relationships.Key Accountabilities· Provide a high level of customer service in line with our company goals.· Communicate with branch manager regarding needs, inventory levels and tools needed to operate efficiently.· Set monthly and annual sales goals taking into consideration changing market trends.· Pipeline sales prospects and track customers level of ownership.· Sell within our company product lines and margin structure.· Support and communicate sales prospect to our wholesale division.· Generate leads through cold calling, telemarketing, and referrals.· Resolve customer complaint and inquiries.· Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products,· new products, delivery schedules, etc.· Conduct fleet surveys and inspections that might fall outside of our regular operating hours.· Maintain a sales call calendar and attend monthly sales meetings.· Promote health and safety in the shop, on customers property as well as on the road.· Follow the training provided and mentor fellow teammates to foster a learning environment.· Maintain a high level of professionalism to represent a positive company image.Requirements· Experience in customer service or sales.· Experience in, or passion for the automotive industry.· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, MS Word, office 365, and Outlook.· Excellent verbal, written communication and influencing skills.· High level of accuracy and attention to detail.· Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment.· Experience with ERP, CRM, or data management systems.· Team player attitude.· Prompt and courteous.· Enthusiastic personality.Our Core ValuesWow Our World: We are here to provide excellent customer service to give our customers more time for what is important in their lives.Kick Ass: We don’t settle for anything less that excellence in every group in the company.
