Prairie Energy has been awarded a full-time contract working in the Lamont area and is look for a full time equipment operator/manager. The job will be a minimum of 40 hours a week working with a variety of well service equipment ranging from flushby’s swab rigs and pressure pumping equipment.Preference will be given to Candidates that have a minimum of 3 years oilfield experience preferably working on a service rig or flushby rig in a driller capacity. Candidates must also have valid Blow Out Prevention ticket, Standard First Aid, H2S tickets and a valid class 3 or 1 drivers licence.Role responsibilities:The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day operation of Flushby and Swab rig operations located around Chipman, Lamont and Red Water.This will include:- Equipment operation and maintenance- Maintaining milage logs and pre-trip inspections- Conduct daily safety meeting and documentation- Establish and maintain a regular maintenance schedule for associated Prairie Energy equipment- Manage well operations such as rod tripping and fishing, well swabbing and testing- Manage additional employees involved with well servicing operations- Track employee time and submit for payroll- Generate field tickets with excel formatCompensation:- Wages will be paid per hour with overtime after 8 hrs/day or 44 hours/week- Travel time to and from work & vehicle km payment- Fuel supplied while at work/ truck Km’s- Coveralls and gloves provided- Safety allowance- Health and dental benefits- Company expense accountJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $40.00-$55.00 per hourBenefits:
