Our success is built on the foundation of innovation, efficient design management, excellence, and the guarantee of quality service.CenterLine (Windsor) Limited is looking for a self-motivated, reliable individual to fill the position of Janitor responsible for keeping the building in a clean and orderly condition. Steady Day Shift and Steady Afternoon Shift opportunities available. This position reports to the Configured Products Build Manager.RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform all cleaning aspects of halls, offices, meeting rooms, restrooms, and lunchrooms
  • Includes cleaning the floors, washing the walls and glass, and dumping garbage and recycle bins
  • Perform routine maintenance activities, notify management of need for repairs
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • High school diploma
  • 3 years of custodial/janitorial experience
  • Ability to set priorities, meet timelines and work independently
  • Available to work shifts as required
