This role demands a unique blend of HR knowledge, sales acumen, and marketing expertise to propel our growth trajectory. If you are passionate about transforming the HR landscape and possess a strategic mindset with exceptional communication skills, we want to hear from you.Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and social media marketing strategy to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
  • Prospect and engage with new clients, understanding their HR needs and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Streamline and optimize sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits of our HR services.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Address client concerns, objections, and inquiries with confidence and professionalism.
  • Provide regular updates on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Create engaging and shareable content across platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, blog posts and emerging channels.
  • Manage day-to-day social media activities, scheduling, and community engagement.
  • Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and adapt strategies to maximize reach and impact.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor #39;s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, Communications or a related field
  • Proven track record in HR sales, with a minimum of [X] years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of HR services, trends, and industry dynamics.
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, analytics tools, and emerging trends.
