Summary of the opportunity- Client Overview: We are hiring for a technology company at the forefront of AI and generative technologies.- Role Summary: As a Mid-Level Design Researcher, you will conduct quantitative and qualitative research to gain insights into customers’ needs, preferences, and behaviors related to a product or service. Your work will contribute to the development of cutting-edge products and technologies.4. What are the key responsibilities- Responsibilities and Duties:- Create thorough UX research plans and execute them effectively.- Plan and conduct both quantitative and qualitative studies.- Document interview output in detailed notes.- Analyze and synthesize data to generate insights and product recommendations.- Create compelling presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate research insights into the product development process.5. What experience are we looking for to drive success- MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in human-computer interaction or equivalent training required. Advanced degree preferred.- At least 4 years of experience in conducting quantitative and/or qualitative research for consumer products.- Strong quantitative skills, including proficiency in complex statistical analysis and software like R or SPSS.- Foundational and evaluative research experience.- Strong communication skills for presenting and communicating findings.- Preferred Skills and Qualifications:- Behavioral science background (psychology, HCI).- Understanding of human behavior.6.
