As a Pharmacy Manager at ESHC, you will have the opportunity to work with employees and help make ESHC an even greater place to work!Applications are now being accepted for 2 Temporary Full Time Admin Coordinators to work on the Covid Response Stabilization Team (CRST). This is a mobile team that spans throughout Windsor -Essex County. The CRST team is deployed out to Long Term Care facilities, schools and the agricultural sector to aid in swabbing, vaccines and/not limited to health assessments. The successful applicants will be required to work a variety of 8 hour shifts (predominately days, Monday-Friday and varying weekends and evenings to meet demand ).The commitment to this position is 37.5 hours per week with an expected contract end date of December 31, 2022.Duties Include

  • Supporting CRST mobile and pop up events
  • Preparing all documentation and paperwork for CRST events
  • Making photocopies and preparing registration clerk bins for events
  • Ensuring stock and supplies ready for each CRST event
  • Support packing the van or trailer, set up and take down at sites as needed
  • Operate vehicles carrying equipment or staff to events
  • Must be willing to work in COVID positive environments and support at events as needed
  • Picking up supplies at various offices
  • Tracking/data entry for COVID test results (including monitoring a cell phone for patient’s seeking results)
  • Maintain CRST files and datasets
  • Fostering collaborative working relationships with a broad range of community agencies
  • Promoting public relations and providing community awareness and prevention programs.
Qualifications
  • OSSD required;
  • Office Administration experience required;
  • Strong proficiency in COVAX (or able to become), Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Must have a valid Class G Driver’s License;
  • Physically capable of lifting and carrying supplies and equipment;
  • Able to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for long periods of time
  • Able to comply with availability requirements and work all shifts, as scheduled, in an 8 hour per day, five day per week operation;
  • Able to work with a team or independently and analyze information, problem-solve, and make good decisions;
  • Able to manage changing priorities and competing deadlines to accomplish objectives in a busy, fast paced environment;
  • Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing;
  • Able to be flexible and able to adapt to change
  • Excellent documentation and report writing skills (clear, thorough, accurate, and timely);
  • Effective interpersonal skills; able to engage and work cooperatively with internal and external stakeholders, individuals, diverse groups and interdisciplinary teams;
  • Able to work in stressful situations
