Job Description

Phone Etiquette, Multi Task,Must be available weekdays, weekends, holidays.Smart Serve, Food Handler Certificate, WhmisFurther details including hours and wage would be discussed at Interview Process.Responsibilities & purpose of this jobWill be responsible for all reports, handling guests requests, checking in and reservations, Check outs, Answering Phone calls and directing calls to guests, General cleaning, Communicating information to other departments and staff. Any other duties requested by Managers.The Hotel Night Auditor will be responsible for professionally that ensures a positive overall impression of the property as well as assists with all aspects of guest services . They assist guests in all facets of the hotel experience in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner that maintains high standards of service and hospitality. This individual must represent the hotel through excellence in guest services and possess a complete knowledge of all aspects of the Front Office and the Hotel.Job Functions:

  • Welcome guests and ensure efficient guest registration and check out. Advice on room amenities and features: enrolling Wyndham Rewards Member.
  • Post all necessary charges to guest accounts and handle cash. Pull reports as necessary.
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries including reservations and cancellations as well as group blocks.
  • Comply with established policies and procedures.
  • Serve as the hotel liaison with hotel and non-hotel attractions, facilities, services, and activities.
  • Handle guest complaints, incidents, accidents, or deficiencies immediately. Provide a remedy for the situation and report the incident immediately to the appropriate parties as the situation dictates.
  • Must be familiar with their role during hotel emergencies, including fire alarms, medical emergencies, and safety procedures.
  • Maintain complete control of the front entrance and lobby areas during their shift.
  • Any other duties assigned at the sole discretion of and by the Management.
To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
  • Front office experience in the hospitality, leisure, or entertainment sector (At least 1 year of prior experience preferred)
  • Strong commercial/business awareness and demonstration of customer service capabilities
  • Calm, organized work ethic with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Highly results oriented and possesses the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-functional team environment.
  • Must be willing to “pitch-in” and help co-workers with their job duties and be a team player.
  • Excellent inter-personal, and communication skills
  • Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service
  • Fluent in English (written and oral) and able to communicate well with guests.
