Such daily challenges provide an engaging and stimulating work environment.Your role:

  • Carry out a variety of financial transactions: money transfers, cashing cheques, selling and buying foreign currency, etc.
  • Receive and process all necessary information for the transaction and ensure that the client’s record is complete and accurate.
  • Courteously answer client queries over the phone and in person.
  • Review incoming transactions at frequent intervals during the day in order to detect any potential mistake.
  • Balance your cash register and prepare the bank deposit.
  • Prepare the daily transaction record.
