Job Description

Impact Health and Fitness Centre Inc is looking to hire a few Part Time Front Desk Associates to assist us. Please provide a cover letter with your resume as to why you feel you would be a good candidate for this position.We are looking for a Front Desk Associate to work Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursday Mornings from 5am-9am (opening the gym)Friday evenings from 3:30pm-9pm closing shift also available. A Front Desk Associate at Impact is required to do the following:

  • Sign in members
  • Fill out new member contracts
  • Process sales for membership renewals
  • Answers phones and assist members, new members and guests with any questions they have
  • Greet guests, new members and current members as they come into the facility
  • Make Protein Shakes and smoothies
  • Keep the gym clean and organized during your shift
  • File paperwork and member files
We are looking for an individual who is:

Having your First Aid and CPR certification is not mandatory but is preferred.Bilingual (English/Spanish) is not mandatory but would be an asset.Basic computer skills is a requirementLooking for a long term hire.
