We are looking for reliable and attention to detail cleaning (janitorial) subcontractor in the Leamington area to take on a cleaning subcontract for a small office with total of approximately 4-5 hours per week over 5 days per week. It takes about less than hour per day for one person. Payment is flat rate of 400.00 monthly for this account. Must be available to start as soon as possible. Must have the resources to handle coverage for absences including sick days (having someone to work for you in your absense). Exciting opportunity to increase your income and grow your business with more subcontracts available in the future based on additional availabilities.In order to qualify for this position we require PROOF OF BUSINESS REGISTRATION and have a police background check.Contract schedule: the location must be cleaned anytime after the store closes and before it opens between the hours of 5:30 PM - 7 AM Monday to Friday. Within those times you can work anytime you want.Duties include but are not limited to dusting and disinfecting surfaces, cleaning of bathrooms/kitchens, emptying office garbages, vacuuming and mopping.
