The JobA McDonald’s Shift Manager is responsible for providing leadership to Crew and other Manager's during their shift to ensure Guest demand is captured and great Quality, Service, Cleanliness and Value (QSC&V) is delivered to our Guest.Shift Managers plan for each shift, run informative energetic shift huddles, energize and motivate the team, monitor the safety, security, performance, and profitability of the restaurant, and meet the guest demand while ensuring that the team exceeds McDonald’s standards.
