Job Description

ASTEC SAFETY-Lloydminster is seeking an energetic & positive team player who will go out of their way for customers and team mates to re-inforce ASTEC SAFETYs value proposition to our unbelievable customers.   • Co-ordinate incoming queries for training and finance service, both via telephone and email.
  • Become an expert user of the Learning Management System (LMS) to schedule training resources, book both classroom & on-line safety courses for customers and issue safety certificates upon completion.
  • Liaise with service partners to deliver service, seamlessly, for St. John Ambulances First Aid and Energy Safety Canadas H2S Alive, as well as the Utility Safety Partner’s Ground Disturbance 201 training programs.
  • Provide on-going support for daily accounting functions to enable orderly business interaction with our customers for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processing.
  • Execute key aspects of our social media activities on Facebook, Twitter, corporate website and in-branch display units.
  • Administer safety compliance systems that include; ISNetworld, ComplyWorks, Avetta, and AB & SK WCB processing.
  • Co-ordinate on-going business communication with customers to facilitate training and service that exceeds their expectations.
  • Work on special project teams to deliver new functionality, service options and processes to better achieve business goals.
Skills or Expertise Required:
  • Working knowledge of MS Office or Office 365.
  • Experience with Sage Simply Accounting would be a definite asset.
  • Working knowledge of ISNetworld and ComplyWorks would be preferred.
  • 2-3 years referenceable experience in a training institution, office environment in an administrative capacity, and/or as an industrial safety professional.
  • Preference will be given to applicants with a working knowledge of ISNetworld, Comply Works and AB & SK WCB processing.
  • Preference will be given to applicants with a referenceable track record of success in a team-based environment.
