Job Description

Experience in managerial role. Freight experience preferred.Specific knowledge of dispatch and logistics solutions.Proven organizational skills, problem solving, and analytical skills.Results oriented. Able to identify key issues;creatively and strategically overcome internal challenges or obstacles. Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.High level of honesty,integrity,confidentialityand accountability.Solid interpersonal skill; diplomacy, tact and professionalism.Intermediate to advanced skills with all Microsoft Office Suite products.Commitment to service and quality (externally and internally)Flexibility in time management: able to be on-call. Practical experience in recruiting,training, coaching and progressive discipline.Knowledge of budgeting and analyzing Profit and Loss reports.Manage and oversee daily operations of Freight Terminal.Work with sales personnel to ensure service standards and customer needs are met.Setting quality standards and managing quality assurance by analyzing proper training procedures, operating costs, equipment utilization, fuel mileage, and employee performance.Provide strong leadership through clear expectations, review, recognition and corrective actions.Please submit cover letter with resume.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $75,000.00-$84,000.00 per yearBenefits:
