Job Description

Our client, a multinational corporation in oil and gas industry is looking for an experienced Document Control Analyst. This is a full time 12 months contract with a possibility of extension.The position is responsible for the development and revision of LTCHO procedures for thermal/cold operations and maintenance. In addition to document creation and control responsibilities there will be a 25% FTE allocation to cost control activities for field execution teams.

  • Revise and develop required CTCHO procedures in consultation with Class Management team members and Operations/Maintenance personnel to ensure quality and suitability.
  • Collaborate with Training and Competency Assurance Deployment team to Monitor, review and communicate procedure creation and revisions to the required stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report procedural change revision history, frequency, and requests to determine effectiveness of procedural change management.
  • Facilitate a procedure review project focusing on: procedure count reduction and elimination, transforming low risk procedures into reference information and checklists.
  • Support class management team with project cost control tracking, invoice attesting, and other administrative duties as required.
  • Support future document repository migration when required
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 yrs Experience in Procedure Development and Revision
  • 3-5 yrs Experience Technical Writing
  • Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Management of Change (MOC)
  • Respectful Workplace Awareness
  • Valid Drivers’ License
  • Adult education Training Courses/Certification
  • Technology Diploma, trade certificate or equivalent
  • Third Class Power Engineering Certificate of Competency
  • Business Writing for Results
  • Gas Process Operations (GPO) / Production Field Operations (PFO) levels A,B,C&D/I,II,III&IV
