Join our team and be part of helping our students take the lead not only into the future, but today.Key ResponsibilitiesProvides department direction, strategic leadership and business management and student immigration advising for Lakeland College internationalization initiatives.The International portfolio includes a variety of existing plus future programs, pilot projects, exchanges, and partnerships.In cooperation with other academic and support departments, develop and implement strategies to attract, support and retain international students, that support both academic and non-academic programming aimed at improving all phases of the international student experience.Designs and advances worldwide marketing and enrolment strategies focused on recruitment and retention of students.Ensures the presence of Lakeland College by representing the institute at international trade shows.Liaises with external international education organizations, fostering effective relationships and external partners.Job RequirementsBachelors Degree in a related fieldFive years’ of related experience in planning, development and management of international education or training projects and partnerships.Working knowledge of international credentials assessment.Strong business and financial budget acumenStrong marketing and people skillsEmployment TermsThis is a Full-time Continuing Administration position at the Lloydminster campus, commencing as soon as possible.
