Are you the person in your team, family or friends’ group that everyone turns to for technology help Do you love working with and helping others Then our role of Member Contact Centre Representative could be the right position for you.What do our Member Contact Centre Representatives do You are the voice to our members calling in seeking assistance and support, helping them with their financial transactions or directing them to an in-house expert. In this role you will support our members through various channels such as phone, live chat, or email.Don’t have banking or credit union experience Not to worry, we have a great training program. This is a great opportunity for the customer service focused professional who has experience in retail, hospitality or related contact centre organizations.Position Overview:

  • Provide omni-channel service and support to our members.
  • Let our members know about the ranges of resources, services, and products we provide.
  • Connect members with our experts for advice.
  • Take the initiative and actively reach out to our members to optimize their experience with us.
  • Assist our members with any trouble-shooting or technology issues.
What you will need for this role:
  • Customer service experience – you’ve provided service to the public either in other banks and credit unions, call-centres, retail or hospitality.
  • You enjoy technology and have solid knowledge of the internet, apps, digital communication tools and can pick up new technologies quickly.
  • Understanding of sales processes, experience with sales goals.
  • A desire to learn – we will teach you everything you need to know.
  • Enjoyment in working with the public – you are a natural at working with others and providing assistance.

Travel may be required for the purposes of training.Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours weekly. Permanent and temporary positions available. Our Contact Centre hours of operation are currently: Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Some STAT hours may be required. Various shifts are scheduled.Wage: Salary Range $42,700 - $64,500/annually. Level 1, 2 & 3 positions available. Placement within the Member Contact Centre Representative position is based on experience.What do we offer
