The Night Auditor is responsible for reconciling all hotel transactions; reviewing, organizing and compiling management reports on a timely basis and ensuring the accuracy of guest billings . He/she is also responsible for overseeing the Front Desk during the overnight shift (11pm - 7am), providing quality guest services that include registration and check-out, reservations, switchboard operation, mail and message service. The ideal candidate is friendly, has excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), as well as strong attention to detail, and is self-motivated.You will be responsible for the following:
