We are looking for a highly motivated, reliable, and experienced individual to join our team. This position is part time/casual working from home (own computer would be an asset).Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Data entry – attention detail, ticket and invoice entry into various online invoicing platforms.Conducting clerical duties including filing, responding to e-mails, data entry and preparing documents/spreadsheets.Insurance and licensing of vehicles and equipmentProviding general assistance to co-workers in other areas as and when requiredQualifications:The successful candidate will have the following attributes and qualifications: Experience with QuickBooks would be an assetExperience with online invoicing platforms (OpenInvoice, Jobutrax) would be an asset.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel),Excellent communication and organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workloads, be self-motivated, and work with minimal supervisionJob Type: Part Time/Casual working from homeJob Types: Part-time, CasualSalary: $15.59-$25.00 per hourQuick Apply
