Job Description

Northern Livestock Sales Lloydminster currently has a part-time/full-time career opportunity for an Office Clerk at its Lloydminster marketing center.As an Office Clerk, you will be responsible for:· Performing office clerical responsibilities in compiling producer settlements for livestock sales;· Preparing invoices for livestock buyers for livestock purchases;· Clerking cattle sales· Putting accurate postage on outgoing mail; and· Other duties as required.This position is based on 3-5 days a week.The successful candidate will have Grade 12, or the equivalent, supplemented by office clerical experience. Other requirements include: knowledge of regular office procedures; ability to meet and deal with the public in a courteous manner; ability to learn and operate a computer terminal and capable of neat and accurate work. Data entry experience is considered an asset.
