Job Description

Starting wage: $25 - $27/hr.Hours: 40 hr./week (8:00 am - 5:00 PM)Vacation: 3 weeksStart Date: ASAPOur client is a top notch company in Lloydminster looking to hire an outgoing friendly professional for a fulltime permanent receptionist position with excellent an benefit package. This will be a Monday – Friday position plus seasonal weekends, noon hour, and evenings as required. Start date is ASAP.This is a busy demanding position and requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills as it is the first point of contact for the dealership.Successful Candidate Must Have: - Greet and assist customers.- Open/close dealership when needed,- Overall reception duties including but not limited to all mail in/out processes, maintaining reception area, ordering office supplies, copying, printing, shipping, etc. as various department require.- Provide, assist, submit all documents for Financial Multi-use applications.- Meeting arrangements including lunch organizing.- Other duties as department heads require.- Emailing all staff with notifications.- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Outlook.For more information or if you are interested in this opportunity, please submit a recent resume and references to Bev at Jetstream Personnel Consulting.
