Job Description

Our Lloydminster client is looking to hire a friendly professional individual for a 6-week temporary receptionist position that has the possibility of going to a permanent casual position for the right candidate.First 6-weeks: Starting October 11, 2022,$17.50 – $20.00 hr/week (depending on experience)Monday – Friday, 10 am – 3 pm with 1 hr lunchPermanent Casual: on a call-in basis to cover vacation, sick days, other admin days-offNote: Towards the end of 2022 there is a possibility of other admin position openingsSuccessful Candidate Will: - Answer phones, respond to in-person inquiries and correspond with staff and maintenance- Have basic computer skills for data entry into spreadsheets, completing work orders- Entering invoices into SAGE (an asset but not a requirement)- General reception duties including but not limited to mail in/out processes, maintaining reception area, filing, copying, printing, etc.- Assist in other areas as required- Training will be providedFor more information or if you are interested in this opportunity, please submit a recent resume and references to Bev at Jetstream Personnel Consulting.We thank all interested candidates for their time and efforts, however only candidates we wish to interview will be contacted.Job Types: Full-time, CasualSalary: $17.50-$20.00 per hourFlexible Language Requirement:
