What do our Loan Support Assistants doYou work collaboratively with the Loan Support Team on day-to-day loan administration responsibilities. As a Loan Support Assistant, you help ensure documentation is in order to support the timely issuing of loan products. You provide exceptional member service to support our internal teams at all branch locations. You also:
  • Partner with the lending and loan administration team and all branches, participating fully as a member of the team and supporting a positive work environment,
  • Ensure timely communication of issues and areas requiring attention,
  • Demonstrate openness and innovation, always looking to improve and simplify work processes,
  • Support the team by continuously improving your knowledge,
  • Ensure all activities are in compliance with relevant legislation, regulation, policies and procedures.
What you need for this role:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent and enrollment in a post-secondary program in Fall of 2023,
  • Strong critical thinking and analysis skills along with excellent attention to detail,
  • Great communication and customer service abilities,
  • Proficiency with technology,
  • A desire to learn and grow, embracing challenges and grasping new concepts quickly.
