What do our Member Advisors doYou are one of the first people our members encounter at the branch. You help them with financial transactions and reach out and advise them of opportunities, products, services, and solutions. Member Advisors serve our members in-person, digitally, and by phone. You will:
  • Greet members and provide them with the services they seek.
  • Process transactions.
  • Provide troubleshooting and guidance around members’ use of our technology products and other challenges they may have.
  • Highlight and promote credit union products and solutions.
  • Engage in proactive member communication by participating in outbound calling, promotions, campaigns, and other creative strategies.
  • Identify suspicious transactions or interactions and respond appropriately.
What you need for this role:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent and enrollment in a post-secondary program in Fall of 2023,
  • Great customer service and communication skills,
  • Sales skills,
  • Experience handling cash and completing financial transactions,
  • Tech savviness and a love for technology, and
  • A desire to learn.
