Job Description

Relay Distributing is an established and growing company that has been serving the Midwest and Lakeland region for over 33 years.We are now looking to grow our Warehouse departmentDuties Include:

  • Operate forklift, hand truck or other equipment to load, unload, transport and store goods.
  • Loading and unloading product in a timely manner to meet delivery deadlines and customer commitments
  • Receiving incoming shipments and checking for accuracy
  • Put away product to correct areas in the warehouse and service shop in a timely manner
  • Picking, packaging and shipment of customer orders, including preparing documentation for shipment
  • Assisting Service techs as needed
  • Cleaning and maintaining of trucks and equipment
  • Ensuring good housekeeping and safety procedures are maintained in shipping and service area
  • Yard and building maintenance
  • Preforming other related duties as assigned
Requirements:· Ability to work well in a fast paced and physically demanding environment- Valid class 5· Self-motivated· Ability to effectively work independently and as part of a team· High level of attention to detail· Ability to multi-task and complete tasks within specified deadlines· Able to comfortably lift and carry a minimum of 50 lbs· Ability working with forklift equipment· Warehouse experience is not necessary but is considered a definite asset.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: From $17.00 per hourBenefits:
