We have a dedicated and caring team for autonomous seniors and those with a slight loss of autonomy.Do you want a position combining administrative tasks and customer service Do you have easy contact and customer service is your priority Organized and proactive, you anticipate the demands of your superiorsThe Jardins Katerina residence offers an opportunitytemporary employment for an administrative assistant. The position is a maternity leave replacement for a period of one year.Schedule: 35 hours a weekROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Administration
  • Provide a high level of customer service
  • Assist your immediate superior and other team members with their daily tasks and administrative duties
  • Follow up on dossiers, monitor schedules, issue reminders and obtain requested information in a timely manner in keeping with established time limits
  • Maintain the different registers
  • Participate in special projects when assigned to you
  • Perform other related duties
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • A working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook software
  • High school diploma (SSD)
  • Ease in the use of computer tools
