Job Description

Moreover, the success of COGIR Immobilier is based on the good teamwork between the various departments and on all the people who have joined the company for more than 25 years.POSITION DESCRIPTION:We are currently looking for a Care and Health Services Manager for our residence, Les Jardins Katerina. We are looking for a candidate who would like to reach their full potential.ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as an intermediary for the various external stakeholders (doctors, pharmacists, CLSC, CISSS/CIUSSS, etc.).
  • Collaborate in maintaining the bond of trust with the families or loved ones of the residents as well as with the various stakeholders (CLSC, CSSS, etc.)
  • Comply with standards and laws in accordance with the certification of private seniors residences and the code of ethics
  • Respect and promote proactive management among residents
  • Respond to all emergency situations
  • To carry out a set of nursing care and treatment with the aim of maintaining health, restoring it and preventing disease
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Diploma of professional studies (DEP) in health, assistance and nursing
  • Experience in personnel management (an asset).
  • Minimum experience of 3 to 5 years in nursing, management experience would be an asset.
  • Mastery of Word, Excel and Outlook software
  • Member in good standing of the OIIAQ
