This position reports to the Manager, Administration & Customer Relations and requires exceptional communication skills, a high degree of attention to detail, time management, organization, problem solving. In addition this position requires the ability to manage multiple and competing priorities in a fast-paced work environment.Responsibilities:· Managing a multi-line phone system, answer and triage phone calls in a polite and friendly manner· Ensure customers are consistently treated with professionalism and respect· Knowledgably respond to questions, gathering the appropriate information to confidently assist customers· Search and enter customer information in Jobber (work management application)· Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis· Keep detailed and accurate records of customer requests, field crews, contractors and other key partners· Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail· Take inventory of office supplies and restock/reorder as needed· Monitor online tracking of 1stElectric specialty services such as solar and generators· Work collaboratively with management, office colleagues and field crews· Other duties as assignedSkills:
