This is the ideal role for someone with a friendly nature who enjoys helping out others. ESTThis position offer the possibility to work from home, but you can also work on-site according to your preference.Eligibility criteria:Must have a minimum of 25 MBPS high speed internet;Must have a secure space and not be disturbed during your shift.Candidates must reside near the Nordia Moncton centre to be able to travel there, if necessary. Responsibilities: In this role, you will:Answer calls or emails from customers regarding their billing requests and mobility services;Provide the customer with all the necessary information to ensure they #39;re satisfied;At all times, ensure that every call or email is treated in a confidential manner with accuracy, courtesy, and efficiency. Qualifications: Bilingualism (English and French),Great interest in technologies – You’re curious by nature and interested in working with new and emerging technologies.
