Our Member Advisors are an essential part of our team. As the first point of contact, Member Advisors create a friendly and professional experience for our members, fulfilling requests and transactions as well as offering products and services that meet our members’ needs.We are all about service! Either face to face or by phone, we build strong relationships with our members, helping with their day to day banking transactions while focusing on uncovering their unique financial goals and helping them achieve financial wellness.To be successful in this role, you must have a healthy appetite for learning about our financial products and services and why someone should choose Synergy. You embrace our continually enhancing technology and the way we evolve to do things better to benefit both our membership and our organization.Qualifications: You are a high school graduate with experience in cash handling and customer service. You are passionate about building relationships and your sales experience is a great asset. You’re excited to learn new technology, share your knowledge, and you’re confident in contributing to branch sales targets.
