And Much More:Additional perks and opportunities that make working at MPCA a rewarding experience.Position Summary:Reporting to the Head of Department Manager Senior Manager, the Manager, Systemamp; IT will initiate, lead and execute IT projects on time and within budget including managing system upgrades and new application deployments.Key Accountabilities:

  • Lead and manage Business Analyst team for system development, including setting project timelines, budgets and resource allocation.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time within scope.
  • Manage IT asset and conduct annual asset physical count.
  • Analyze IT metrics to improve service delivery and system efficiency.
  • Manage the M365 AD switchover and network infrastructure de-coupling from HAC.
  • Control security measurements. (MFA, VDI, NAC, etc…)
  • Optimize the development process to increase efficiency and reduce costs by introducing automation tools.
  • Plan and implement proper security protocols to ensure safeguarding MPCA information databases, network access and backup systems.
  • Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures.
  • Provide training and technology expertise as needs, recruit team members and report to Senior Manager.
  • Provide guidance on project approach and execution pertaining to Infrastructure and software solutions.
  • Evaluate and forecast annual expense budget for IT operations.
  • Assess and update IT policies to follow global requirement.
  • Analyze IT metrics to improve service delivery and system efficiency.
  • Determine and recommend solutions to management and end users on courses of action that best meet the organization’s needs and aligned to goals.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand business needs and communicate progress and challenges.
Required Competencies:
  • Degree in Compute Science, Business Administration, Information Systems or related field.
  • A minimum of 5+ years of progressively senior level experience in application.
  • A minimum of 3+ years of management experience in a fast-paced and demanding working condition, specialized in managing complex system design and configuration.
  • Strong aptitude in software testing, information system implementation and IT development in web and database applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • People-focused and service-orientated IT leader.
  • Comprehensive skill set with website development, including HTML, CSS, jQuery, Javascript.
  • Able to lead a team to develop both hardware and software applications.
  • Expert knowledge with deploying and managing servers.
  • Experience with systems design and development from business requirements analysis through day-to-day management Lead communications and change management activities across multiple stakeholders.
